A screenshot refers to an image
of your computer screen. It is a copy of your screen. A screen shot is a
snapshot of what is on the screen of your computer. A screenshot or screen
capture is an image taken by the computer to record the visible items displayed
on the desktop’s monitor or laptop screen. Usually this a digital image taken
by the host operating system or software running on the computer device. It can
also be a capture made by a camera or a device intercepting the video output of
the computer. Screenshots, screen dumps, screen captures can be used to
demonstrate a program, a particular problem a user might be having or generally
when computer output needs to be shown to others or archived, or to simply show
off what you do on your computer to other.
1. Locate
the button “PrintScr” on your
keyboard
2. Press
it
3. Open
an image editing program I recommend Paint.

“Ctrl V” to paste the printed screen
